The East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District relies on volunteers for all of our programmatic work. Below is the meeting schedule for our standing committees and a brief description of what each committee is responsible for. If you are unable to commit to a monthly committee meeting, we also need volunteers at all of our special events and for special projects, like cleaning and greening. Please let us know if you would like to be added to our volunteer list and we will contact you as needed.

This committee is responsible for planning and executing promotional and marketing activities for the Business District.
First Tuesday of every month at 10am.
This committee is responsible for the upkeep and beautification of the Avenue. Programs include clean, green and safe, facades, gateways.

The Board of Directors’ meetings are open to the public by appointment. They meet the second Tuesday of every month at 9 am at the BID Office.
