Palo Santo Yoga & Wellness - Blindfold Kundalini Yoga w/ Joe Longo

Step into a transformative journey of self-discovery in this 90-minute Blindfolded Kundalini Yoga Meditation Workshop. Through the power of breathwork, movement, and guided visualization, you will tap into a deep connection with your highest self, unhindered by external distractions.

We begin with grounding exercises to settle into the present moment, followed by a Kundalini warm-up sequence designed to awaken your energy and expand your breath capacity. Then, with blindfolds on, we embark on a powerful guided meditation to connect with the vision of your best future self—unlocking clarity, confidence, and deep inner wisdom.

Why blindfolded? When we remove visual stimuli, our other senses heighten, allowing us to:
-Deepen our internal awareness
-Activate the third eye and intuitive insight
-Release limiting beliefs by going beyond the physical world
-Experience meditation in a more profound and immersive way

After the meditation, you’ll have space for journaling and self-reflection, integrating the insights that emerged during your practice. We’ll close with community sharing, creating a supportive space to connect, express, and embody the wisdom received.

Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, this workshop will help you expand your consciousness, deepen your self-trust, and align with your highest potential.

Spaces are limited, register to reserve yours!
Only $33 in exchange for this magical offering!

Palo Santo Yoga & Wellness - Mindful Eating & Movement

Mindful Eating & Movement
w/ Colleen Kropp + Matt Budenstein
"Let's share a meal together!"

We can nourish the body in a multitude of ways and we are true believers that movement paired with breathwork, meditation, and eating mindfully are practices that can be done both individually and in community.

It is such a joy to be able to bring this offering to our home studio (where we had our first date several years ago!). After traveling around Japan last spring, taking in the culture, hospitality, food, music, and overall respect for life and what makes life worth living, we came home inspired.

Inspired to keep living our daily lives with love and appreciation, and inspired with the desire to share this with everyone in our orbit.

This experience will start with sharing some green tea we brought home from our travels. Then Colleen will lead a yin-inspired practice, followed by sharing a meal lovingly prepared by Chef Matt! The idea is to just come with an open heart and mind to enjoy the food and one another's company.

$44 exchange to attend this intimate offering!

Palo Santo Yoga & Wellness - Celebrating 10 Years of Heart Centered Service!

Palo Santo is celebrating our 10 Year Anniversary of Heart Centered Service in South Philly!

We have thrived as a community at Palo Santo, not only because of the awesome teachers, facilitators and space holders who have shown up - but because of everyone who has filled it…
To everyone who has shown up messy, who came to practice because they needed space, to the students who walked through our doors feeling broken and vulnerable and unsure, but still showing up anyway…
Whether you came for movement and mobility, feats of strength or exploring philosophical depth, if you came seeking solace in healing, or arrived completely unsure as to why you were even there…
YOU are the heartbeat of this space and the true epitome of expressing what coming together in a unified potential can really do - it can change us for the better, and in changing us, we change the world…

Please join us in an elevated heart frequency for the month of April as we celebrate with community events, special guests, workshops with your favorite teachers, pop-up classes, and a very special Palo Party Celebration on Saturday, May 3rd in studio!

A Novel Idea - A Trip To Italy In Poetry and Prose

Who wouldn't love an escape to Italy right now? While an overseas trip might not be in the cards, some of Philadelphia's finest writers are ready to transport you there—no passport required.

Hosted by Julianna Forlano of the Italian American Writers Association (IAWA.net) and set in the heart of Philadelphia's former Italian district, this special evening celebrates Italian heritage, storytelling, and community. A diverse lineup of local writers will share poetry, prose, and memoirs that capture the beauty, struggles, and enduring influence of Italy on generations of Italian Americans.

With humor, heart, and a touch of nostalgia, these writers will bring Italy to life through personal and historical narratives, evoking its sights, sounds, and flavors without ever leaving the city. Whether you're a lover of literature, a seeker of cultural connection, or simply in need of an escape, this promises to be an unforgettable night of storytelling, camaraderie, and Italian flair.

Join us and let the journey begin—no bags, no tickets, just words that transport.
