East Passyunk invites you some spooktacular fun! Bring the whole family out for Fall Fest on October 26th from 11am to 4pm for pedestrian-only fun on East Passyunk Ave between Morris and Dickinson Streets and specials up and down the entire Avenue. There will be activities for kids and adults alike, including 70+ craft and arts vendors, costume contests paired with themes from your favorite businesses on the Avenue, pumpkin carving, arts and crafts, live music, trick or treating and food and drink specials up and down the Avenue, plus so much more.
Find your favorite vendors within our pedestrian-only “closure zone” between Morris and Dickinson Streets. Live entertainment will be held at the PPA Lot, Singing Fountain and Mifflin Triangle throughout the day - scroll down to see the full list! Pumpkin carving will be at the Gateway at the corner of Broad St and Passyunk Ave, sponsored by our friends at South Broad Street Neighborhood Association. Be sure to check out trick-or-treating and lunch specials along the entire Avenue.
NEW THIS YEAR: Window Dressing Costume Contest
Get into the Halloween spirit with this costume contest with a twist! Enter with 3 easy steps:
1) “Dress Like a Business”: Choose a guiding theme for your Fall Fest costume based on a window display of local East Passyunk business! For example, if the theme is “Barbie,” you could dress like anyone from the Barbie universe. Get creative with it! Here are the themes to choose from:

2) Enter the Costume Contest with a Donation: Enter the costume contest with a donation of at least $5 to the East Passyunk Ave BID! Winner of the costume contest receives 50% of the total donations for the day.
3) Take a Picture with your Business and Tag Us: During Fall Fest, take a picture of yourself in your costume in front of your chosen window theme! Post the photo on Instagram or Facebook and tag both your chosen business and us at @eastpassyunk.
Judging will take place at 3pm at the Singing Fountain!
Be sure to be there to show off your style and hear the winner announced!
Pumpkin Carving at the Gateway - 11am to 3pm
South Broad Street Neighborhood Association will be hosting a pumpkin carving event at the Gateway at the corner of East Passyunk Ave and Broad Street from 11am-3pm, or until supplies last. Cleanup sponsored by Circle Compost!
Trick or Treating - 11am to 2pm
Kids and ghouls unite! EPA businesses will be handing out candy and other goodies from 11am to 2pm up and down the Avenue. Check out the list below for participating businesses and/or look out for black and orange balloons in front of a store to know if they’ve got treats (or tricks) for you!
Live Entertainment - 11am to 3pm
