Ember & Ash will be celebrating Chinese New Year for the fourth year, with specials all week long (1/27-1/31): Laolao (Lulu's grandmother) dumplings, longevity noodles, turnip cakes, and special dessert and cocktails. On Thursday 1/30, we’re trilled to welcome EMei, one of Chinatown’s most beloved restaurants, into our kitchen for a one-night-only dinner: Fire & Fortune. This multi-course feast will bring together EMei’s bold Sichuan flavors and our hearth-cooked creativity in a celebration of two culinary worlds blending into something truly unique.
