Glow + Flow in South Philly
An Evening of Movement & Ecstatic Dance

Palo invites everyone to this very special collaboration between two of its creative family, Lindsey Gill and Lauren Frank, aka DJ Mythra!

Join us for an evening full of ecstatic movement and open expression! Lindsey will be leading a glow-in-the-dark centered vinyasa flow from 6-7:30pm, with the option to roll up the mat and stay into the evening for an ecstatic dance party synced to beats by DJ Mythra.

Blacklight clothes/body paint is encouraged but not required for flowing yoga experience. Glowsticks, mats, props + fun accessories provided! Bring a friend and move with your whole SELF!

7:30pm Reset + Opening Invitation
8:00pm Ecstatic Dance set w/ DJ Mythra
